| Safety Kitchen: Door entries/traffic patterns, Work flow/prep area, Adequate Clearances, appropriate landing space next to cooking surface, FCI & Fire extinguisher | 5.0% |
| Ergonmic: Heights of countertops, height of ovens(s), height of wall cabinets, location of appliances , work flow / prep area | 5.0% |
| Creative Concept: Design solution to meet client's needs and their wants | 10.0% |
| Design Integration: Execution and use of space | 10.0% |
| Creative Use of Components: Use of products, materials, and design elements | 10.0% |
