Description
First-time entrants will submit their projects within the standard award categories and indicate their eligibility on the entry form. While they may not be selected as a category winner, they will still be considered for the First-Time Entrant Award. Eligibility for this award is based on overall merit, and all submissions must meet the judging standards. Note: only one winner will be awarded in this category.
