| Safety Kitchen: Door entries/traffic patterns, Work flow/prep area, Adequate Clearances, appropriate landing space next to cooking surface, FCI & Fire extinguisher | 5.0% |
| Creative Concept: Design solution to meet client's needs and their wants | 10.0% |
