Description
To be awarded to the most dramatic ‘Before & After' Design. ‘Before' AND ‘After' Floor plans, Elevations and Renderings must be submitted, as well as a Design Statement. The entrant MUST include at least one “Before” photo (maximum of 5) and “After” . A total of 10 project photos in total (before and after photos combined). Note: only one winner will be awarded in this category.

Presentation Quality of floor plan, elevation or perspective
